"Numbers" refers to the phone numbers available for purchase through our Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchase of Numbers

All Numbers sold through our Services are for legitimate use with WhatsApp and other messaging applications. By purchasing a Number, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the Number for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• You understand that the Number is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Once a Number is purchased, it becomes your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding its use.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full before a Number is delivered to you. We accept payment through various methods as indicated on our Site.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all Numbers sold through our Services work as described. However, in the rare case that a Number does not work with WhatsApp or the specified service within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase with details of the issue. Our team will investigate and determine if a refund is warranted.

Refunds are not available for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind about the purchase.
• You purchased the wrong Number by mistake.
• You violated WhatsApp's terms of service, resulting in your account being banned.
• More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unumbers and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Unumbers.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Unumbers, a Unumbers employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Unumbers or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unumbers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Unumbers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

• The Services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
• Any errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
